Dear reader, I like to warn you for Brinkster (brinkster.com) webhosting. They have a TOS (terms of service) which make a lot of things on your Brinkster account prohibited.
For example it is prohibited to add a hyperlink in your page to for example Google.com, since it is forbidden to add hyperlinks to websites which do not comply with the TOS of brinkster. And Google.com does not comply with brinkster's terms of service since when you search for nudity it show links to websites which do not comply with brinkster's terms of service. This sound ridicule, but I got warned for the practice of having linked a website that is not hosted with brinkter but does not comply with their TOS. In case all websites that can guide you through hyperlinks to a website not complying with Brinkster TOS are forbidden to (hyper)link from your brinkster account.
In my opinion it is not done that brinkster provides claims about websites which are not using their service. In my country it would probably make the TOS not valid, but I can't judge on it for American law. For this extreme prohibitions in their TOS I like to warn you and therefore I hardly advice against the use of their services.
